There are three primary ways you can make a
Faith Promise online. Please pick only
ONE of the following methods, by clicking
one of the option buttons to the left:
Secure Website allows you to make and
fulfill a faith promise conveniently with your credit card, debit card, or your checking account (eCheck).
OR
CPCI
EZ-Gifts - allows you to use
your credit card, debit card, or your checking account by
postal mailing the form to us. No information is
transmitted via the internet. You print out our EZ-Gifts
form, fill out the information and mail it to us. To
view and printout the form you must have the
free Adobe Reader installed.
OR
Via an electronic form that you fill
out and is automatically sent to us via email. This is done
without the transmission of sensitive financial information.
Essentially, you are letting us know what your faith promise is.
Then you must send us your gifts the "old fashioned way": send a
us a check or money order via postal mail.
