Dr. Michael J. Behe, in Darwin's Black Box:

To Darwin, the cell was a "black box"—its inner workings were utterly mysterious to him. Now, the black box has been opened up and we know how it works. Applying Darwin's test to the ultra-complex world of molecular machinery and cellular systems that have been discovered over the past 40 years, we can say that Darwin's theory has "absolutely broken down

Dr. Michael J. Behe gave an outstanding scientific challenge to Darwinian evolution at our April 2004 Ezekiel Forum event.   Behe, a Lehigh University Biochemistry Professor, sent shockwaves through the scientific community with his incredible book, "Darwin's Black Box: The Biochemical Challenge to Evolution".   Christianity Today magazine hailed it as Book of The Year.

State College Assembly of God Church

When Michael Behe’s book, Darwin’s Black Box, was published in 1996, Christianity Today named it their Book of the Year. Many within the “scientific” community had another opinion. They attacked Behe and his book ferociously. In its review of the book the Scientific American (January 1997) said of Behe’s argument, “It is an old argument, both arrogant and deeply unsatisfying.” The reason for such widely varying opinions is revealed in the book’s subtitle. Read in full the title is: Darwin’s Black Box: The Biochemical Challenge to Evolution.

Dr. Michael Behe will address the Ezekiel Forum on 7:00pm Saturday April 17, 2004 at the State College Assembly of God. After years of accepting evolutionary theory, Dr. Behe, a biochemist at Lehigh University came to the conclusion that Darwinian theory could not withstand honest scientific scrutiny. When he put his new conviction into writing in Darwin’s Black Box, it landed like a bombshell in the evolutionary community, and the sound of that tremendous explosion still thunders today.

You will not want to miss this opportunity to hear Michael Behe, live and in person, when he addresses the Ezekiel Forum at the State College Assembly of God, at 7:00 PM on April 17.

In his review of the book, Dr. Ray Bohlin of Probe Ministries said, “The stranglehold that Darwinism has had in the biological sciences for decades has already been weakened over the last thirty years due to the new creationist movement and more recently by the push from intelligent design theorists. But Behe’s new book may end up being the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

Now you can hear from Behe’s own lips the ideas that threw evolutionists everywhere into a tizzy. Don’t miss this powerful Ezekiel Forum.
