"Go to Church, obey your parents, don't fight with your brothers," in general, do those "good works" and you'll go to Heaven. That was pretty much my spiritual viewpoint while growing up in Wall, Pa., a small town just east of Pittsburgh.
But that view changed at the age of 31, when after visiting Faith Alliance Church in State College, a couple explained to me the message of the gospel, and I prayed to receive salvation. It was approximately a year later, that the Lord led me to CPCI and radio station WTLR. I had been working in secular radio up to this time.
Currently I am the morning host on WTLR and WQJU, along with being production coordinator, and I continue to just thank the Lord for how He is using these ministries, and for the part He's allowing me to have. I'm also especially thankful for my wonderful wife of 4 years, Janis, who keeps busy with her own ministry of nutritional and health counseling, along with being a private duty nurse.
We don't have any children, but we do have 4 cats we enjoy giving attention to.
